The company remains the same legal entity, so all contracts already signed, as well as any obligations and rights acquired prior to the name change, remain unchanged.

The deadline is three months.
- For entities whose corporate name changed on June 30, the deadline is September 30.
- For entities whose corporate name will change on September 30, the deadline is December 30.
We have established this transition period because, although all purchase orders issued from June 30 or September 30 onward must reflect the new company name, we understand that adapting to the change may take some time. During this three-month period, invoices may still be issued under the former company name without any issue.Invoices will be processed based on the company name that issued the purchase order. This means that invoices using the previous company name will be accepted, provided they refer to orders issued before June 30, 2025 or September 30, 2025, as applicable.

If you need the updated tax ID (NIF) certificate reflecting the new company name, we will be able to provide it as soon as it is issued by the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT).
