To register as a supplier, you must receive a “registration invitation” from Moeve Chemicals. Once received, you create your user account in SAP Ariba Business Network and complete the registration form with all requested information.

A registered supplier, or one in the registration process, can participate in tender events. Once registration is complete, they may be awarded orders or contracts under €50,000 annually. For awards over €50,000, the approval process described below is required. 

At Moeve Chemicals, quality standards in social responsibility, ethics, and environmental performance are critical, guiding our strategy and defining our business relationships with suppliers. To ensure these standards, we collaborate with ACHILLES South Europe, S.L., through their RePro supplier rating system on the MyAchilles platform. This system provides useful and reliable information on partners with responsible practices across their supply chain, ensuring our investments go to the right partners to support our growth in the industry.

Two approval levels are defined, primarily based on annual order volume or total contract value:

• MEMBER+ level in Achilles: required for annual orders or total contract values between €50,000 and €100,000. This level is also mandatory for all subcontractors who physically provide services at any of our sites.
• SILVER level in Achilles: required for annual orders or total contract values over €100,000.

Achilles registration requests, or upgrades, are managed by us through the Sm@rt Buy platform. Meeting the indicated registration and approval levels is mandatory to be awarded any order or contract.
