A sustainable supply chain

Our ambition is to build a responsible supply chain based on four pillars: 

• Transparency and ethics: we work with suppliers who share our values of integrity and responsibility.
• Development and training: we support the growth of our suppliers through sustainability training programs.
• Innovation and continuous improvement: we promote innovation in our supply chain through ESG audits and periodic assessments.
• Collaboration and strategic partnerships: we value long-term, trust-based relationships with local and strategic suppliers.

Our sustainability governance

We have a governance model that ensures ESG priorities are integrated into everything we do.

These are some of the bodies and functions that support us in this mission:

• ESG Committee: meets quarterly to oversee ESG plan compliance and ensure alignment with the Moeve Group strategy.
• Management system committees: present at each plant, overseeing quality, safety, environmental, and energy management.
• Teams committed to sustainability: all our teams are firmly dedicated to sustainability. We have a dedicated sustainability department, as well as specialized roles in key areas such as Procurement.
• Additionally, our risk and compliance committees, along with our public policy functions, ensure the effectiveness of our compliance model and help us anticipate regulatory changes in an evolving environment.
