Aliphatic solvents

Hexane is a mix of n-hexane and its isomers, characterised by being a volatile solvent with a high rate of evaporation, used in the food industry for its great extraction capacity and its very low content in aromatics and other impurities, with low-penetration smell.

Isohexane is a mix of C6 isomers with a n-hexane content lower than 5%. It is characterised by being a great volatile solvent with a high rate of evaporation and a very low content of aromatics and other impurities, with low-penetration smell.

Heptane is a mix of normal, iso- and cyclo-paraffin C7 hydrocarbons with a content higher than 95%. It is characterised by being a solvent with a very low content of aromatics and other impurities, with low-penetration smell.

PETROSOL D 100/120 is a hydrocarbon made up of normal and isoparaffins together with naphthenes with a typical initial and final distillation range of 100-120ºC. It has a low aromatics content.
