The largest LAB plant in Latin America
The company operates in the region through its chemical plant in Brazil, located in Camaçari, in the state of Bahia, where we develop high-performance solutions for leading home care and personal care manufacturers across the region. It also has offices in São Paulo, providing commercial and technical support to customers throughout Latin America.
Camaçari plays a key role in the supply of LAB and LABSA to the Brazilian detergent industry. In addition, the plant produces heavy alkylate (HAB), primarily used in the manufacture of heat transfer fluids, greases, lubricant additives, and textile oils.
Our Brazil plant works with more than 80 supplier companies. This robust supply chain makes it an important driver of employment and economic activity in the Camaçari region and helps ensure a reliable and efficient supply to our customers.

Our NextLab and NextLabsa products manufactured in Camaçari are made from renewable raw materials certified under the RSPO standard and use 100% renewable electricity in their production. In this way, we expand the availability of lower-carbon and renewable-content feedstocks for the surfactants industry across the region.
