    Linear alkylbenzene (LAB) that incorporates certified renewable raw materials in its production process. It has the same technical specifications as its fossil counterpart PetreLAB 550.

    It is mainly used as raw material for the production of sulfonic acid (LABSA) through sulfonation. After neutralization, sodium linear alkylbenzene sulfonate (LAS) is obtained, the most widely used anionic surfactant in biodegradable detergents. In addition, it is used in dishwashers, household cleaners, and various industrial applications.
